(if any location exceeds 150 miles from Denver there is a $200 minimum travel fee plus additional mileage costs)
-Travel Fee is not charged if venue is within 5 mile radius of salon
*Hotel accommodations must be made if:
-Travel time exceeds 2.5 hrs
-Start time is before 8 am and location is over 2.5 hrs away
